Brush cleaning is one of the most important aspects of makeup. Dirty brushes can harbor bacteria that can cause outbreaks and impurities. To avoid this, clean your brushes more then once a week. In the industry, your brushes need to be cleaned after every client to avoid cross contamination.
To keep my brushes clean I use M.A.C brush cleanser. Pour some cleanser into a bowl and then dip the brush removing the excess product. Wipe this on some kitchen towel and leave over a counter to dry.
