Monochromatic Face Chart

Monochromatic Colour

Above is a monochromatic face chart, showing various shades of the colour red. The base of the face was created by using Illamasqua powder foundation; which is light and leaves a flawless finish on top of Illamasqua matte primer. I would then conceal with Crownbrush Uk concealer palette. To set the makeup I used Illamasqua trasulcent powder. I love this powder, not only does it smell gorgeous but it also sets the makeup and leaves dreaded shine at bay for hours! For the contouring I used Sleek Contouring palette. I love this palette because it gives you a highlighter, blush and bronzer. The highlighter gives a really dewy effect and looks amazing when put with the red blush that was used here on this face chart. To line the eyes I used M.A.C chromographic pencil in red. This pencil is so diverse. I also used it as a lip liner to stop Illamasqua Lipstick from leaking. The eyebrows and line by the nose was created by using M.A.C lipmix pigment in red. I also like how this can be used in many different ways. Its good to have products that you can use not only for lips, but also for the cheeks and eyes. The eyeshadow is Crownbrush Uk, 88 Palette. This palette has so many colours, some matte and shiny. I blended the red through the crease and out to the edge of the eye creating this wing effect. The look was then finished by using Rimmel Scandal Eyes Mascara. The brush on this mascara is great for creating volume and separating the lashes.
